About Susan

Life can create great challenges that are difficult to cope with alone. As a therapist, I create an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space for growth and healing.  Who you are and what you have experienced are unique, and so will your path to change.

Whether it is a specific problem in your life, a deeper issue that impacts your relationships or if you are uncertain about your goals, I will work with you to develop strategies for growth and healing.

I use integrative, individualized and evidence based approaches which help improve self awareness, and identify obstacles such as long standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions.
